EXPO AGROFUTURO 2017: to Colombia for sustainable agriculture

When it comes to sustainability and innovation, we cannot resist. So here we are, ready to go to EXPO AGROFUTURO 2017, the most important event of Latin America dedicated to all the operators of the agricultural sector. Agrofuturo is a company that facilitates access to information and knowledge to agricultural enterprises, so that they can increase their efficiency, profitability and make better decisions.

Since 2006, it has been the organizer of the EXPO AGROFUTURO event, the main business and knowledge platform in the agricultural sector of Latin America. This year’s 11th edition will take place from 13 to 15 September in Medellín, Colombia.

Why is this appointment the most important of Colombia for agricultural sector? Because of its tremendous value offering. In addition to bringing together producers and sellers of agricultural products, it also give the possibility to meet to demand and supply of every phase of the agricultural production chain. It is the scenario where you can build strategic alliances with new partners and find new solutions to the challenges the agriculture sector is facing today.

Increasing demand for food, fuels and commodities combined with scarcity of cultivated land and climate change are major challenges for the agricultural sector. To be able to deal with them, a new method of doing agriculture based on innovation, knowledge and sustainability needs to be adopted.

In this important scenario, we of Forigo decided to participate by proposing some of our most innovative solutions. We will be in the green pavilion “Ecosistema de Frutas y Hortalizas“, in two stands: n. 231, in participation with other Italian manufacturing companies (consortium CERMAC), and n. 226, where you will be able to see our proposals.

Ridger P35 Interchangeable rear bed former; deep preparation and refinement of the soil: it makes possible to form uniform and perfect beds for the cultivation of potatoes, asparagus and carrots; Easy and fast replacement of the blades, thanks to the special blades holder.
	DEEPER – ino This machine is ideal for the deep distribution of liquid fumigants on previously worked soils. Adjustable product injection depth; Valve that allows the operator not to come into direct contact with the chemical; Intelligent and proportional distribution system: the machine can apply any dose in the immediate and in proportion to speed.
